This policy applies to all our operations and services across the organization, including all employees and contractors engaged by IFRS Lab.

Reduce Waste: Implementing practices that reduce waste and promote resource recycling and reuse across all operations.

Energy Efficiency: Enhancing energy efficiency in our operations and promoting the use of renewable energy sources where feasible.

Sustainable Resources: Using sustainable resources and procuring responsibly to minimize our environmental footprint.

Compliance: Complying with all applicable environmental regulations and striving for continuous improvement in our environmental performance.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging stakeholders in our environmental initiatives and ensuring transparent communication about our environmental performance.

Employee Training: Educating and training employees in environmental issues and the environmental effects of their activities.

Objectives and Targets

To reduce general waste by 20% annually.
To decrease energy consumption by 10% each year through improved efficiencies.
To achieve at least a 30% rate of recycled materials in our procurement processes.

Implementation

Responsibility: The Environmental Officer is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this policy, supported by management and all employees.

Action Plan: We will develop and maintain an action plan to achieve our environmental objectives and targets.

Monitoring and Reporting: Regular monitoring and reporting will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the environmental strategies we have implemented.

Continuous Improvement We will continuously assess our environmental policy and practices to adapt and improve our sustainability efforts. This will be aligned with our business growth and the evolving needs of our community and stakeholders.

Review

Review This policy will be reviewed annually as part of our management review process to ensure it remains relevant and effective in meeting our goals for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
